Proxies

Eligible voters are able to appoint a proxy to vote in their place at scheduled meetings of strata schemes. The information booklet “Strata Living” produced by the NSW Department of Fair Trading shows details of eligibility to vote and the procedure to appoint a proxy. If you wish to complete a proxy please download the Proxy Appointment Form and print out a proxy form which you will need to complete and transmit to this office by mail or facsimile.
